The 26th Formation Evaluation Symposium

24th - 25th September, 2020

JOGMEC-TRC, Chiba

Call for Abstracts

The 26th Formation Evaluation Symposium of Japan will be held at Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation - Technology & Research Center (JOGMEC-TRC), Chiba on 24-25 September 2020.

The petrophysical evaluation goes hand in hand with ambiguity of interpretation. The integration of two or more techniques is therefore frequently applied as a means of refining the evaluation.

In the special session this year "Integrated Evaluation", JFES will provide petrophysicists, geologists and engineers with an opportunity to share their expertise in applying integrated approach. We expect the symposium to be a platform of interaction of different disciplines, which might give the injection of different types of solutions.

All persons involved in oil, gas, geothermal, geo-engineering industry and scientific drillings are invited to submit abstracts of papers for presenting at the symposium. Please follow this instruction and submit your abstract by 18th May, 2020.
